Vitamin Break A (CHF 12.-)
There's nothing more refreshing than fresh fruit juice and fresh fruit. We serve orange juice, grapefruit juice, pineapple juice and exotic drinks containing mango and papaya. In addition to this there are pieces of seasonal fruit.

Vitamin Break B (CHF 12.-)
As well as fruit, conference rooms can also be supplied with energy in the form of garden-fresh, crispy vegetables. Pieces of vegetables to dunk in a selection of dips - herby vinaigrette, curd cheese sauce or sour cream. In addition we also serve vari­ous vegetable juices.

Sportman's Break (CHF 12.-)
For the sports men and women among you we offer a selection of yoghurts and milk drinks. To build up your strength there are delicious vitamin bars. This break is totally legal so you needn't worry about doping checks!

Sandwich Break (CHF 23.-)
This break is also suitable as a lunch break if you are short of time...
An individual choice of sandwiches filled with cheese, boiled ham, air-dried ham or smoked salmon. These are served with soft drinks.

Farmer's Four o'clock Break (CHF 23.-)
This break is particularly suitable for the end of a conference or if you don't want to send your delegates home on an empty stomach. We serve coffee, apple juice or cider together with home-made country bread, ham, smoked bacon, air-dried meat and mountain cheese.
